Order Taking System
1.To see how the following scenarios are supported: - screen flows, configuration.
a)New mio Home bundle (hard-bundle)
- Formed by a combination of new or existing services (e.g. Existing DEL & SNBB, new mioTV)
ØSub scenario 1: DEL and SNBB belongs to different customer.Ownership transfer required
ØSub scenario 2: DEL and SNBB belongs to same customer.No ownership transfer required
- If it’s existing service, some of the existing VASes may be auto-ceased.How to facilitate CSR to re-provide these VASes
b)New mio Home bundle + nominating a new/existing Mobile service to enjoy the mio Home discount
c)New Mobile
d)New Mobile + New SNBB (soft bundle)
2. We'd also like to see the following:
a) How orders can be taken for new / existing customers
b) How orders can be taken for new / existing billing accounts
c) Installation appointment booking based on Customer Requested Date (CRD)
d) How the VAS / Content screens looks like (assuming more than 50 VASes for CSR selection)
e) Timely suggestions for data services, VASes, accessories
POS System
1.To show the configuration to determine handset price with the following parameters:
- Handset model
- Price plan
- Equipment tie in period
- Current contract remaining period
- Promo/Discount for the period, for specific shop
2.Scenario where discount is more than the handset price – to show how will the POS system compute and capture the revenue posting
3.If customer uses voucher to offset payment, how will the POS system compute and capture revenue posting
- What if the voucher value is more than the sales value
4.If original sales is payment by voucher, & customer performs exchange, how will the POS system capture the original value of payment? E.g. voucher value of $100, sales value is $98.When exchange, customer should only be able to base on $98 instead of $100.
5.Integration of Order Taking System with POS System.
