    在4G(LTE)网络中RRC消息功能通过4组8位比特“11111110 00001101 11011000 10000000'”来指示;这32位比特分别定义了RRC消息支持的功能,其从左向右确认;3GPP在TS36.331中对每位比特功能的定义如下:
