Long Name TIME_A_CHANNEL_BUSY
Definition Time (in seconds) during which the A channel is busy.
Trigger condition The counter cumulates over the Accumulation Period, all unit times during which
the A channel is busy. For each channel allocation: 1) The counter starts being
incremented when the A channel is activated (see C751) 2) The counter stops
being incremented when the A channel is deallocated after the reception of
a 08.58 RF CHANNEL RELEASE ACKNOWLEDGE message or the expiry
of timer T_RCR_ACK twice (after the sending of the 08.58 RF CHANNEL
RELEASE message).
