Create product descriptions,technical and maintenance manuals, installation and supervision guidance,technical reports, online documentation, and help systems
Increasingly be responsiblefor the publication process including graphics and document design
Working closely with otherengineers to ensure writing quality and accuracy
JobRequirements:

University degree inElectrical or Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or relatedtechnical/communications field
Experiencein creating professional technical documentation
Excellent reading and writingskills in English and Chinese
Advanced understanding andcapabilities in using Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and
Familiarwith structured Framemaker
Experienced with XML knowledgeand working with the XML based content managing system
Ability to work with a varietyof organizations to solicit and manage editing inputs from differentorganizations
Ability to work as a member ina group and in a global environment as a part of a virtual organization
Strong technical/engineeringbackground preferred
2+ years experience in aTelecommunications field
Experienceteaching/instructing others beneficial (experience as a technicaltrainer/technical service engineer preferred)
Projectmanagement experience a plus
Macromedia RoboHelp, AdobePhotoshop, and Adobe Illustrator skills a plus
