The logical configuration can be activated completely independently from the
physical connection of the BTS. Creating adjacencies and call tests must be
done after the BTS is functional and connected to the network.
Co-ordination is needed between the BTS and OMC-R sites to define the initial
settings. The Q1 address must always be set. For 9100/9110 Micro BTSs, the
transmission mode is configured via OML.
In order to create the required configuration, it is possible to add more than one
new BTS and more than one cell. In this case, modify all the logical parameters
at the same time in the same PRC.
G1 and G2 BTS are not supported in the current release.
