根据客户的要求,2007年7月23日开始,NSN无线工程师对Nokia BSC11,BSC13,BSC14数据库参数进行分析,并在征得客户同意的情况下于2007年7月24日晚22:00对BSC得部分动态功率控制和紧急切换参数进行了调整.以改善现网无线环境,提高现网的无线话务掉话比,具体参数调整的清单和调整目的请参见如下
