通话建立(MS作主叫)
信令过程说明
RR层连接建立RACH—UL:CHANNEL _REQUEST内容:建立原因和随机参考值(RAND)
原因:MS发起呼叫、紧急呼叫、呼叫重建和寻呼响应等;
RAND:有5 位,用来区别不同MS所发起的请求。
AGCH—DL:IMMEDIATE_ASSINGMENT在Um接口建立MS与系统间的无线连接(分配SDCCH)

主叫手机在channal request (试呼)之后,如果缺少connect或者connect acknowledge,我们都视为block call,如果某小区SDCCH拥塞,那么我们从测试现象上应该看到一次channal request之后直接转为空闲模式;如果某小区TCH拥塞,那么在Call proceeding之后手机将转为空闲模式。当disconnect和channal release这两条信令都未出现,手机从专用模式转为空闲模式则视为一次掉话。如何区分专用模式和空闲模式呢?比较直接的方法是观察系统消息,系统消息1、2、3、4都是空闲模式特有的系统消息,而系统消息5和系统消息6则是专用模式下由SACCH下发的系统消息。
1、干扰导致的BLOCK CALL,上行干扰导致网络没有收到CHANNAL REQUEST。
2、手机故障导致BLOCK CALL,可能情况:手机向网络发出了CM SERVICE REQUEST之后,没有任何其他信令,网络直接下发了CHANNAL RELEASE。此时手机已经成功占用了SDCCH,正常来讲,接着网络应下发鉴权、加密等信令,手机再上发SETUP。从缺失的信令判断,这应该是由于网络不能正确解码手机上发的CLASSMARK CHANGE信令导致下发CM SERVICE REJECT.
3、由于通话质量差或信号差导致的BLOCK CALL
4、被叫手机未接听导致的BLOCK CALL:由于被叫未接听,缺少COONECT信令,被判决为一次BLOCK CALL
5、被叫手机位置区更新导致BLOCK CALL.
