下行DPDCH和DPCCH时分复用，PO1/2/3是控制信道的不同字段与数据信道的功率偏置，这三个参数由上层配置。上行DPDCH和DPCCH分为I/Q两个支路（一个DPDCH的情况下），由另外的Beta_d/c值设定两个信道的相对功率。
