For that permission, we need tool structure modification for commissioning.
Onsite RI data loading is not applicable.

3.1save BTSRI5 content
3.2reduce number of sector to 3
3.3set default parameter values for sector mapping
4.HW modification
4.1disconnect flat cable from subrack 1 and 2
4.2install the BTSRI3 flat cable for subrack 1 and 2
4.3Connect Abis 1and 2 for BTS top part
4.4Connect Abis 3 and 4 for BTS bottom part
5.Commisioning activities – BTS terminal
5.1Reload BTSRI5 content with default parameter settings
5.2Load BTSRI3 content with default parameter settings
5.3configure number of sectors to 3 for each BTS
5.4configure parameter for sector mapping
