应还硬件，上次我也遇到一个这样的小区

我经常遇到：
7725 TRAFFIC CHANNEL ACTIVATION FAILURE
Meaning
The system has blocked the radio time slot because the callcontrol has failed a number of times in the activation ofa radio channel.
Supplementary information fields
1 Type of the channel whose TCH activation failed.The channel type can be "TCH", "SDCCH", "Packet Data TCH"or "DTM TCH".The number value "0" indicates "TCH", "1" indicates "SDCCH","2" indicates "PDTCH" (Packet Data Traffic TCH) and "6" indicates"DTM TCH" (Circuit switched TCH of DTM connection).
Instructions
if the failure type is "PDTCH", the alarm is cancelled automaticallyby the system, when no more failure indications are observedif the channel type is "TCH", "SDCCH" or "DTM TCH", cancel the alarmwith the MML command EOR. Deblock the radio time slot by first aligningthe TRX in question with the command ERS and then removing the alignment

1、7725的话调整CDED/CDEF没有用，可以尝试倒换GTRX看是否为载频问题；类似于你这样的现象可以尝试删除DAP重做或者直接重做SEG数据；
2、GP信道会跳成0一般是由于小区所属PCU负荷过高导致，有时重启GENA会恢复，如果不行的话可以尝试倒换NSEI试试。如果GP信道变0同时引发3273告警的话，可以尝试调小CDEF；如果倒换NSEI、重启BCF均无效的话，找交换或者监控检查基站数据是否配置错误。

这种类型的休眠小区，如果倒换PCU外还不行的话，只有切BCSU了。

多为硬件故障和PCU异常，建议检查这两项。

4年前做监控的时候，如果倒换一次NSEI不行就倒换两次，另外，重建DAP也可以考虑，不过我认为这两者之间的效果是一样的。
开关GENA和重启BCF，对物流量的小区基本没什么效果
