最近用NPMaster跑了下整网的掉话原因，在给出的详细的掉话原因里面，占比重最多的一项是DropCall_DueTo_ASU_TimeOut，检查掉话时的RSCP ECIO发现有相当一部分的下行覆盖环境都很好，比如RSCP=-70 ECIO=-5，这么好的下行覆盖他就是掉话了！！！
