[讨论] H3C S3100 series （8口）交换机不能手动开启poe功能

各位大侠，偶最近配到一个难题，H3C 3100
8口交换在断电之后，所有端口poe均无法手动开启，很是无奈！之前请教过H3C厂家的工程师，他只给我一句话------升级！然后…
现来此跪求大侠们指导一二，如果是要升级，麻烦教教小弟，该交换机的详细升级步骤当然还需要相应的升级程序；如果不是，大家一起看看，找找原因，共同提高，不胜感激！好了，废话不多说了，我把该交换机的前后配置数据放在下面，大家对比对比：

    楼上的兄弟你确定是电源模块坏了吗？如果是的话，为什么厂家的人说升级也可以解决问题 呢？

    还有根本就没有新的给你换！！！ 所以，我就想自己来试试能不能自己找办法解决；

    如果你说的第二种方法可行的话，我休完假后可以试试！

    我也碰到了，求高手指点。据说（引用网友回复）
    你打 poe enable
    提示POE在次设备不支持的英文吗？ 还是你连POE ENABLE命令都打不上？
    如果是前者告诉你POE模块坏了，如果是后者 升级最新.BIN文件
    再告诉你个方法：如果是前者，你可以手工灌入.S19文件，然后可能支持POE 功能，但这个方法一般交换机断电重启后失效，归根到底还是POE模块坏了。S3100 这种交换机POE模块坏的很多，也没什么大不了的，最好申请备件
