On reception of command RCSUI, that initiates monitoring, block RCESA orders MTV to search for the MTV individual with a specific MSISDN, DMSISDN, IMEI, or IMSI and set its corresponding monitoring mark. Signal SETRCEMARK initiates the scanning in MTV. All individuals are scanned and their MSISDN, IMEI, IMSI, and DMSISDN (if there is one) are checked if they match with the MSISDN, IMSI, or the equipment under monitoring. When the scanning ends signal SETRCEMARKR is returned to RCESA.
