Qualifications:
WCDMA/LTE/GSM Radio Knowledge (Radio network architecture, Radio Characteristics, Cellular NW principle)
Multi-vendor experience will be a plus
Performance Analysis and Optimization (Air Interface Protocol analysis, Voice, CS, PS)
3+ years of working experiences in radio network design and optimization area
Excellent English skills, both oral and writing abilities are mandatory.
Willing to travel for short or long assignments, willing to work hard for the company and personal development
Good adaptability and quick learner of new technical knowledge is essential.
