从物理层协议来理解物理层的反馈，
1）先看设置的子帧配置，比如拿配置1举例；
2）如果ACK/NACK设置成复用模式
3）L1从子帧2反馈下行子帧7、6的ACK/NACK
子帧3反馈下行子帧4的.......
子帧7反馈下行子帧7、6的........
子帧8反馈下行子帧4的ACK/NACK
