职位描述
• Responsible for the management of one or moreprojects and project teams made up of business customers and sourcing partnerresources to deliver solutions and services.
• Responsible for working with stakeholders, executives, infrastructureengineers and subject matter experts to deliver large scale projects and willbe depended upon to take ownership, remove roadblocks and ensure delivery andexpectations are met on a high profile project.
• Infrastructure/DCT Project Manager must have broad technical background withexpertise in build-outs, installations, migrations, roll-outs, upgrades,configuration, architecture and design of infrastructures and networks.
• Coordinates with partners to deliver value and realization of clear businessbenefits.
• Manages all aspects of projects throughout the infrastructure and softwaredevelopment project lifecycles to include: projects cope, work processinvestment plan, demand and project staging plans, schedule, resources,quality, costs and change management, working closely with business partnersand shared services.
• Translates project requirements into project objectives and tasks.
• Oversees and Builds, in a collaborative fashion, detailed project plans,schedules, risk and issue logs, communication plans, follows change control processes,schedules and leads meetings and escalates issues in order to keep the projecton track.
• Lead teams in assessing current data structure, data elements, architectingand designing data storage, data migration upgrades, enhancements, platform consolidationsand migrations.
• Coordinate project implementation and post-implementation plans.
• Identifies and coordinates interdependencies to ensure timing and alignmentof build outs, hardware, and resources.
• Communicates to executive and senior management, project sponsors, teammembers and other stakeholders. Delivering audience appropriate messagesincluding executive presentations.
• Review project deliverables for accuracy and informs management of issuesaffecting project status, offering solutions to solve the issues.
• Reviews and supports project requests, assisting with solution, analysis,design, and project cost estimations.
• Ensures satisfactory hand-off of product/project upon completion and closeall project documentation and financing/budget responsibilities, then archiveappropriate records.
• Reports to the PMO as a project manager and supports an evolving process.
• Contributes to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and partnership with awillingness to proactively coach, facilitate, share knowledge, and be the rolemodel and advocate for a changing technology organization.
