        在4G(LTE)网络中针对载波聚合有许多不同的切换场景,其最简捷的切换形式中切换只需几步(PCC切换与SCC添加在同一个RRC连接重配置中完成);


Case 1:切换前去除SCC—>PCC切换—>SCC添加

       在此种场景下先将SCC去除,再进行PCC的切换;再添加SCC;
