在5G网络中为了支持网络单元的热插拔，避免系统重启动采用网络暴露(Network Exposure)的策略，其中包括：

• - 将网络事件从外部和内部暴露给核心网络 NF；

• - 将供应能力暴露给外部功能；

• - 向外部职能公开政策和收费能力；

• - 暴露核心网络内部分析能力。

• - 向外部方公开分析。

• - NWDAF 从外部方检索数据。

• - 向核心网络 NF 或外部方公开受网络切片准入控制约束的网络切片的已注册 UE 数量和/或已建立 PDU 会话。

• 订阅事件报告时，NF 消费者提供：

• - 一个或多个事件 ID。事件 ID 标识订阅的事件类型（例如，PDU 会话释放、UE 移动到感兴趣区域之外等）。

• - 事件过滤器信息：提供要匹配的事件参数类型和事件参数值，以满足通知订阅的事件ID的条件，例如事件参数类型可以是“感兴趣的区域”，事件参数值列表可以是 TA 列表；事件过滤器取决于事件 ID。事件过滤器信息是按订阅的事件 ID 提供的：在订阅中，不同的事件 ID 可能与不同的事件过滤器信息相关联。

• - 下表 4.15.1-1 中描述的事件报告信息。在订阅中，所有事件 ID 都与唯一的事件报告信息相关联。

• - 事件报告目标：这可能指示特定的 UE 或 PDU 会话、一组 UE 或任何 UE（即所有 UE），在订阅内，所有事件 ID 都与相同的事件报告目标相关联（可能对应于多个 UE 或多个 PDU Session）。

• - 通知目标地址（+ 通知相关 ID），允许事件接收 NF 将从事件提供者收到的通知与此订阅相关联。订阅与唯一的通知目标地址（+ 通知相关 ID）相关联。在NF消费者代表其他NF订阅NF生产者的情况下，NF消费者将直接通知给其他NF的Event ID包含其他NF的Notification Target Address(+Notification Correlation ID)，以及订阅变更相关事件通知本身的通知目标地址（+通知相关ID）。每个通知目标地址（+ 通知相关 ID）与相关的（一组）事件 ID 相关联。

• - 到期时间表示订阅希望保持活动状态的时间。 NF 服务消费者可以建议到期时间并提供给 NF 服务生产者。根据运营商的策略，NF 服务生产者决定订阅是否可以过期。如果订阅可以过期，则 NF 服务生产者确定过期时间并将其提供给 NF 服务消费者的响应。如果根据接收到的Expiry时间，事件订阅即将到期，并且NF服务消费者希望继续接收通知，则NF服务消费者向NF服务生产者更新订阅以延长Expiry时间。一旦达到与订阅相关的到期时间，订阅在 NF 服务生产者处将变为无效。如果 NF 服务消费者想要继续接收通知，它应该与 NF 服务生产者创建一个新的订阅。

• 当订阅被事件提供者 NF 接受时，消费者 NF 从事件提供者 NF 接收一个标识符（订阅相关 ID），允许进一步管理（修改、删除）这个订阅。

• 注 1：通知关联 ID 由订阅事件报告的消费者 NF 分配，而订阅关联 ID 由在满足事件时通知的 NF 分配。两个相关标识符可以分配相同的值，尽管原则上它们应该是不同的，因为它们被优化用于在每个 NF 中查找与订阅相关的上下文。

• 消费者 NF 可以使用专用于订阅修改的操作来添加或删除事件 ID 到此订阅或修改事件过滤器信息。

• 消费者NF通过提供事件过滤器订阅事件。事件报告信息的内容以及每个信息元素的存在要求在表 4.15.1-1 中描述。
