ZEEN:TCHFR = TCH failure rate(20 %)
SCHFR = SDCCH failure rate(80 %)
PRDCFR = length of supervision period (60 min)
CS = channel seizure threshold value(10)
SMBNT = supervision start time(08-00)
EMBNT = supervision end time(18-00)
与它相关的参数有四个：一是占用话务信道的失败率门限值是20 %；二是：占用信令信道的失败率门限值是80 %；三是：监视测量信道的时间长度为60分钟；四是：信道的门限值是10 。
