MAC Developer
Responsibilities
- In this position, you will join TD-LTE eNB prototyping team as a TD-LTE MAC layer engineer, and work with other layers to develop the prototype software on the next generation base station.
- You will be responsible for LTE MAC layer development on DSP.
- Contribute to detail design, coding/debugging, integration and problem solving.
Qualifications
You should possess at least a bachelor degree in communications, electrical engineering or computer science with at least 2-5 years of experience on wireless MAC layer development.
Must Have
- Experienced on wireless MAC layer processing and design based on DSP or MCU, or other embedded system.
- The ability to independently design MAC/SCH algorithm and C/C++ coding according to the high level design document.
- In-depth understanding of LTE MAC layer protocols and algorithms.
- Strong C/C++ programming skill on DSP or embedded processor.
- Experience and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong documentation ability, and good verbal communication and/or technical writing skills in both Chinese and English.
- Strong problem solving capability, self-motivated and work under pressure.
Preference
- C/C++ programming on Linux is a plus.
- MATLAB simulation is a plus.
2.PHY
Developer
Responsibilities
- In this position, you will join TD-LTE eNB prototyping team as a TD-LTE PHY layer engineer, and work with other layers to develop the prototype software on the next generation base station.
- You will be responsible for LTE PHY layer development on DSP.
- Contribute to detail design, coding/debugging, integration and problem solving.
Qualifications
You should possess at least a bachelor degree in communications, electrical engineering or computer science with at least 2-5 years of experience on wireless PHY layer development.
Must Have
- Experienced on wireless PHY layer processing and design based on DSP, or FPGA, or other processors.
- The ability to independently design signal processing algorithm and C/C++ coding according to the high level design document.
- In-depth understanding of LTE PHY processing procedure such as BS procedure for transmit and receive, random access, downlink and uplink control channel procedure.
- In-depth understanding of LTE PHY protocol and algorithms, such as OFDM, MIMO, channel coding, channel estimation etc.
- Strong C/C++ programming skill on DSP or embedded processor.
- Experience and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong documentation ability, and good verbal communication and/or technical writing skills in both Chinese and English.
- Strong problem solving capability, self-motivated and work under pressure.
Preference
- C/C++ programming on Linux is a plus.
- MATLAB simulation is a plus.
3.C-Plane SW Develop Engineer
Responsibilities
- In this position, you will join TD-LTE eNB prototyping team as a TD-LTE C-Plane SW engineer.
- Develop new CPlane features.
- Investigating and analyzing test results to find out root causes of failures about product testing.
- Provide instruction and technical support to the testers.
Qualifications
You should possess at least a bachelor degree in communications, computer science or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience on wireless development.
Must Have
- Longer than 3 years experience in Linux C++ programming.
- Be familiar with LTE RRC/S1/X2 protocols.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and a strong team spirit.
- Good written & verbal communication skills in English.
Preference
- Good at STL/Boost programming is a plus.
- Familiar with design pattern is a plus.
4.Test Engineer
Responsibilities
- In this position, you will join TD-LTE eNB prototyping team as a TD-LTE lab test engineer.
- Test new features.
- Writing test plan and test cases, setup test environment.
- Reporting issues and work together with developer to find root cause.
- Provide instruction and technical support to the client.
- TA is also needed with Phython, Robot sciprt
Qualifications
-You should possess at least a bachelor degree in communications, computer science or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience on wireless test area.
Must Have
- At least one year LTE background.
- Test experience is a plus.
- Has the passion to learn new knowledge.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and a strong team spirit.
- Good written & verbal communication skills in English.
Preference
- Has ability to write auto test script, python is a plus.
- Be able to use lab equipment is a plus(signal generator, channel simulator, signal analyzer)
